Service Agreement

When you engage Cloud Waterproofing to perform waterproofing services, you are entering into a service agreement. This agreement includes:

• The scope of work as detailed in your written quote or estimate
• The agreed-upon price and payment terms
• The project timeline and completion date
• Any warranties or guarantees provided for the work

Warranties and Guarantees

Cloud Waterproofing provides warranties on our waterproofing services as follows:

• Terrace and roof waterproofing: Up to 5 years warranty
• Bathroom and toilet waterproofing: 3-5 years warranty
• Basement waterproofing: Up to 5 years warranty
• Water tank waterproofing: 3 years warranty
• Exterior wall waterproofing: 3 years warranty

These warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and are subject to proper maintenance. Warranties do not cover damage caused by structural movement, natural disasters, or modifications made by others.

Payment Terms

Payment terms typically include:

• A deposit of 40-50% is required before work commences
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, cash, and digital payment platforms
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date may receive a full refund of any deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit
• Once work has commenced, cancellation will result in payment for work completed plus materials purchased

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to:

• Provide necessary access to your property for the completion of the waterproofing services
• Clear the work area of personal belongings and obstacles
• Secure any pets or ensure they are away from the work area
• Be present or have a representative available during key project milestones

Limitation of Liability

Cloud Waterproofing shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific service in question
• Delays caused by weather conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control
• Pre-existing structural issues not identified during initial inspection

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through:

• Initial good-faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if necessary
• Arbitration or litigation as a last resort

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
